We understand things happen. Appointments are made exclusively for you, by you, to accommodate your healthy hair needs. Therefore, a 72-48hr cancellation or rescheduling from the time of the appointment is required.

Failure to meet this requirement will result in a charge to your card on file for 50% of your scheduled service. A second failure will result in a 100% charge, while a third attempt will result in a 1-year ban from Bandoo Salon. (THE BANDOO SALON SPA)
